1. What Snaptoria Is

Snaptoria is a web-based tool for creating news collages, social media graphics, and video exports. It is operated by Schlacht Media, based in Kenya. These terms govern your use of Snaptoria at theupdatesmail.com/kcg/ and any related services.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use Snaptoria. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when registering.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that happens under your account.

You may not create accounts using automated means, share your account with others, or impersonate another person.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Snaptoria to create graphics for personal, commercial, or media purposes, subject to the following restrictions. You must not use Snaptoria to:

• Create content that infringes on another person's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Create defamatory, harassing, or deliberately misleading content (including fake news).
• Create content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, or any other characteristic.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise access the service in unauthorized ways.
• Circumvent export limits or payment requirements through technical means.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions, without refund of any paid credits or subscription fees.

4. Content You Create

You own the content you create using Snaptoria. We do not claim any rights over your exports, graphics, or videos.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the photos, videos, logos, and other content you upload into Snaptoria are either owned by you or properly licensed for your intended use. Snaptoria is a tool — it does not verify the copyright status of content you bring into it.

5. Payments and Credits

Free plan: No payment required. Exports are limited to 5 per day and include the Snaptoria watermark.

Credits (KSh 100 for 20 exports):

• Credits are purchased via M-Pesa payment confirmed through WhatsApp.
• Credits are added to your account manually after payment is verified.
• Credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.
• Credits are non-refundable once added to your account.
• Each credit unlocks one watermark-free export (JPG or MP4).

Pro plan (KSh 500/month):

• Pro provides unlimited exports, no watermark, and custom logo upload.
• Billed monthly via M-Pesa through WhatsApp.
• You can cancel at any time by messaging us before your next billing date.
• No refunds for the current billing period once it has started.
• If payment is not received by the renewal date, the account reverts to the Free plan automatically.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep Snaptoria available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control (such as infrastructure outages on Railway or cPanel).

Video exports depend on our server infrastructure. If the server is temporarily unavailable, JPG photo exports will still work as they run entirely in your browser.

7. Account Termination

By you: You can delete your account at any time from within the tool. This permanently deletes all your data. Unused credits are forfeited upon voluntary account deletion.

By us: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases (e.g. illegal content). We will provide notice and an opportunity to appeal where reasonable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Snaptoria is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law:

• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from your use of the service.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Snaptoria is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
• We are not responsible for content you create using the tool, or for any third-party claims arising from that content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of significant changes by displaying a notice in the tool. Continued use of Snaptoria after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
